Regional/DSSSs Perspective Plan, Strategic Engagement Workshop
Day 1 began with Sr. Deepika (Director, FSI) welcoming participants and outlining the workshop's objectives. Prashant Chandra then presented FSI's Perspective Plan, stressing the importance of strategic planning. This was followed by group discussions led by Abhishek and Prashant, focusing on integrating thematic elements into DSSS strategies.
Key takeaways included the importance of strategic alignment, collaboration, and empowerment in achieving organizational goals. Participants engaged in fruitful discussions and highlighted the need for clear goals and inclusive planning processes.
On Day 2, the focus shifted to context analysis and setting targets for program priority areas. Participants analyzed specific challenges faced by each Diocesan Social Service Society (DSSS) and developed detailed action plans for safe migration, elimination of trafficking, environmental protection, and promotion of communal harmony.
The workshop concluded with a reflection on key insights and a commitment to align ongoing programs with FSI's perspective plan for maximum impact. Participants expressed confidence in the strategic planning process and their ability to drive positive change in Bihar.
Overall, the workshop provided a valuable platform for collaboration, strategic planning, and knowledge sharing among stakeholders, setting a strong foundation for the successful implementation of the perspective plan across Dioceses.
